Warner-Brunswick Ltd.

British company formed in late 1930, after Warner had taken over the Brunswick label in the US. The previous Brunswick company in the UK, British Brunswick Ltd, had folded in late 1929. In 1933, with Warner having pulled out, the company changed name to Brunswick Ltd.
