Decibel Festival

Decibel Festival is an annual music and digital arts festival held in Seattle. It was started in 2003 by Sean Horton. The core of the festival comprises concerts, performances, commissioned work, film screenings and exhibitions. The programing is presented in a variety of locations throughout Seattle, centered on the Capitol Hill neighborhood and Downtown.
