Outer Rhythm

A subsidiary of Rhythm King, established in 1989 in order to license 'hot' outside product. Early releases on the label included [r4806], released before that band had become a duo. They also scored with [r23023], a 1992 trance hit, plus other material under license from R & S Records. They imported heavily from Detroit, notably [r82004] in early 1992, which had originally been housed on the 430 West imprint, and Germany's Hithouse Records stable. The label closed in June 1992 due to 'changing forces in the market place'.
