Lyrick Studios

Lyrick Studios was formed in 1994 following the launch and success of the show "Barney & Friends". By the late 1990's they were also becoming known as the main distributor for Veggietales, as well as the primary United States distributor for international shows such as Bob The Builder, Kipper The Dog, Angelina Ballerina, and The Wiggles. They were purchased by Hit Entertainment (3) in 2001 and were almost entirely folded in within the year. The only active use of the Lyrick Studios name currently is for holding the IP to the "Barney & Friends" series.
