Future Audio Graphics

Future Audio Graphics is an interdisciplinary project dedicated to supporting collaborations among composers, sound and visual artists and critical, literary and art theorists and historians. Formed in 2013 by Brian Gempp and Meredyth Sparks, Future Audio Graphics aims to bring together and generate conversations from various creative and critical fields in the hope of providing mutual insight and, when appropriate, an oppositional kind of relief. Though primarily releasing works of contemporary artists, Future Audio Graphics also examines ideas and works from the historical avant-garde, placing past alongside future figures in diverse genres and traditions. In this sense, the audio and the graphic form two parts of a single, forward-looking whole.
