Sintez Corporation

Sintez was founded 1990-1991 as a cooperative in the USSR for several branches, where among others also Sintez Records was organised. After the disolution of the USSR and Latvia gained independence in 1992, Sintez Records was signed to Александр Кутиков (who is reckoned as founder of Sintez Records) and hence gained independent from Sintez Corporation.
