Classic Cuts (3)

Issued in a series of fifteen Classic Cuts re-issues in October 1980 on Phonogram distributed labels, with a variation of different coloured picture sleeves, although all featuring the same artwork. All copies of the original 1980 Classic Cuts series were manufactured in France, both the 7" vinyl and the picture sleeves, but pressed solely for the UK market. A second series came later with '200' series numbers. Some titles were re-issued in 1984. The 1984 releases were all UK pressings (rather than French export pressings like all the 1980 releases) and were all issued in a special die cut orange-red and grey design Classic Cuts sleeve completely different to the 1980 picture sleeve re-issues
