In November 1997, Graphix Zone, Inc. ceased all business operations. As of June 30, 1997, Graphix Zone, Inc. was engaged in developing, producing, and marketing CD-ROM and on-line products for the personal computer industry. In addition, the company operated other businesses, including developing and operating WILMA, an Internet site for live music venues, and developing and marketing Internet access and exploration products.
