Greene Street Records

Greene Street Records was created by producer Creed Taylor in January 1984, for "marketing logistics" according to Taylor's own words. Only a few albums were released in the USA under this new imprint, but all of them (including projects by Claudio Roditi, Les McCann, Roger Kellaway, Houston Person and Jack Wilkins) came out in Japan carrying the CTI Records logo and using different catalog numbers. All the albums were engineered by Rudy Van Gelder.
