The Machines Series

From the Simple Machines web page: Simple Machines began back in 1990 with a simple goal: to put out a series of six compilation 7"s, each one dedicated to one of the simple machines of science. Beginning with Wedge, we gathered up four songs for each 7", mostly involving bands from the Washington, DC area who were willing to donate a track in exchange for a good chunk of records.
