ООО "МОНОЛИТ" is a Russian company, credited as a manufacturer on some pirate CDs. Claims to be operating under license ЛИЦЕНЗИЯ МПТР РФ РФ ВАФ № 78-25 ОТ 12 НОЯБРЯ 2004 Г. Possibly this is a fictional manufacturer with fake details, invented because Russian laws since early 2000's demand the manufacturer information to be printed on music or video release.
