Dutch record company owned by Wally van Middendorp. Not a label in itself, but operating labels like Prime and Deviate and handling labels like Beam Me Up!, Night Vision and Seven Stars Records under license. Not surprisingly all these labels were distributed by PIAS, because at the same time Wally van Middendorp was managing director at PIAS Holland.
