Publishing company founded in 1928 by Henri Elkan (1897-1980) and Adolph Vogel (1893-1981) in Philadelphia. The Theodore Presser Company acquired the company in 1970 and relocated it to Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Affiliated to ASCAP.
