US record pressing plant in Plantation, Florida. Use for LCCN "Record Company" or "Manufactured By" credits as shown on release. To credit as a Pressing Plant, please use Alpha Records Inc. (Miami area) founded by Richard Albert Smith; also known as Alpha Music Manufacturing Corporation. Incorporated February, 1965 as Alpha Records, Inc. and dissolved in 2007, the company was reorganized under new ownership as Alpha Music Manufacturing Corporation at the same location in 2008, but closed in 2001. The presses were later acquired by SunPress Vinyl in Miami.
