MPO Broadcrest

In 2000, MPO (UK) Ltd. bought a CD pressing facility in Park Royal, London from Broadcrest C.D., naming it MPO Broadcrest. This plant operated from February 2000 until its sale to the VDC Group in August 2005. The plant rarely named itself in full on the CDs it manufactured, but can be identified by the following matrix pattern and SID codes: Matrix / Runout: [MPO logo] ■ [release catalogue#] ■ MM/DD/YY · MM/DD/YY is presumably the glass master date, and is not always present · examples of the MPO logo and matrix layout and font are available in the image gallery Mastering code: IFPI LR61 Mould code: IFPI RZ## Some releases may have been mastered or pressed at other MPO locations. Where another plant's mastering SID code is found on a release with a Broadcrest mould code (and vice versa) please split the credit between glass mastering and pressed by as appropriate.
