'Imaie' is registered and referred as a label in Discogs, however IMAIE was not a label but a rights society. IMAIE, "L'Istituto Mutualistico per la tutela degli Artisti Interpreti ed Esecutori", meaning "The Mutual Institute for the protection of Artists, Interpreters and Performers" in English, was an economic public institute to protect fair re-use of artistic performance in Italy. The institute was declared extinct on April 30, 2009.
