Truetone Records

Australian label founded by Michael Crawley in late 1985. The label was originally distributed by PolyGram Records. Between 1987 and 1990 distribution moved to EMI before returning once more to PolyGram. Early releases include work by GANGgajang, The Go-Betweens and The Rockmelons. The company entity for this record label is 'True Tone', while the publisher is 'True Tone Music'.
