A.F.O. Records
Настоящее имя: A.F.O. Records
Soul label from New Orleans, LA, U.S.A. founded by Harold Battiste. The initials stand for "All For One".
Released twelve singles and three albums between 1961 and 1963; some of them were distributed by Sue Records Inc..
Distribution problems however contributed to the AFO experiment being mothballed. Battiste moved to Los Angeles and, after a productive career there, returned to New Orleans in 1989. He revived AFO in the 1990s, issuing previously unreleased early recordings and new material, including albums by his students at the University of New Orleans jazz-studies program.
