Quasi Pop Records

Based in Kiev, Ukraine (and partly in Zell am See, Austria) Quasi Pop is an independent label with focus on releasing physical media: vinyls, cassettes and CDs. No digital sales at all. Label's repertoire includes a wide range of experimental non-commercial music: from musique concrete, electro-acoustic, tape collages and contemporary music to free jazz, improv, noise, industrial, ambient and even lo-fi pop. Quasi Pop was founded in 2000 by producer/artist Edward Sol and still active in releasing music of international artists, most known of them are Mats Gustafsson, Merzbow, Brume, Andrew Liles, Burning Star Core, Sudden Infant, Prurient, Volcano The Bear, KK Null, Lasse Marhaug, Thurston Moore, Anla Courtis and many others.
