Настоящее имя: The Scala Theatre, London
Theatre and cinema in Charlotte Street, London, off Tottenham Court Road. Opened on December 19, 1904, though there had been a long history of other theatres on the site (the first seems to have been The New Rooms, opened in 1772). Other names used at the site were: King's Concert Rooms, Cognoscenti Theatre (1802–1808), New Theatre, Regency Theatre, Tottenham Street Theatre, West London Theatre, Queen's Theatre, Fitzroy Theatre (1833–1835), and finally the Prince of Wales Royal Theatre (1865-1882). In 1964, the theatre was used by The Beatles for the concert sequences in the film A Hard Day's Night. The building was demolished in 1969, after being destroyed by fire.
