Emerson Phonograph Company Inc.

US record company established in 1916 by Victor Hugo Emerson. It ran the Emerson Records label. In December 1920 it went into receivership and was eventually bought in 1922 by two investors who renamed it to Emerson Radio & Phonograph Corporation.
