Taiwanese record company. It is mainly known for the Rock Records label, but also markets and distributes releases of several foreign labels in Taiwan. The company was established in 1995 as a successor of Rock Records & Tapes Co., Ltd. and has affiliates in China (Beijing), Korea, Japan, Philippines and Thailand.
