Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin (Hanns Eisler College of Music) is a German conservatory, established in 1950 in East Berlin as 'Deutsche Hochschule für Musik' to replace now-inaccessible Hochschule Für Musik in West Berlin. In 1964, the school was renamed in honor of late composer Hanns Eisler, one of the first professors here.
