Since 1991, the World Cafe has been a nationally syndicated radio program originating from WXPN 88.5 FM which is based in Philadelphia, Pa. Hosted by David Dye, the program features bluegrass, folk, acoustic, singer-songwriter, alt-country, world music, and etc. The best of the World Café Live performances have been compiled by the producers into a series.
