Papillon Collection

RCA mid-priced CD and cassette classical reissue label issued in the US and Europe around 1987/1988. Together with the RCA Victor Silver Seal and RCA Victrola labels, the RCA Papillon Collection offered low priced reissues of stereophonic Red Seal recordings of the standard classical repertoire. Releases were badged with a butterfly (papillon) logo and individual releases featured a different butterfly image on the cover.
