Canadian printing company AKA Modern Lithographing & Printing and Modern Lithographing Limited and Modern Album.
The logo is a stylized M over a G (which looks like a pair of lips). On record covers, the text "Litho in Canada" appears to the right of the logo. The company had their logo printed on the spine of covers they produced for records by Decca / The Compo Company Ltd.. It printed for Capitol Records (late 1968 - early 1969) and Apple Records (1969 - early 1970). In 1981 they were raided and shut down for counterfeiting.
