US Record label owned by Frank Slay Jnr.. It opened in 1965 in New York. It was known for The Face of Fu Manchu by the Rockin' Ramrods. It released 19 singles until it closed down in 1966. Slay moved to LA & revived the label in 1974. At that time, Sugarloaf, Bo Kirkland & Ruth Davis were the most known artists under this label. In 1976, the label switched from Rock to Disco. It released 37 singles, 3 albums & 5 disco singles. It closed down again in 1978.
