Chart Records existed from 1954-1957. Henry Stone was the owner of CHART Records. He first started the ROCKIN’ (R’n’B) and the GLORY (Gospel) labels in 1952. Stone closed those labels down when CHART started and two year deal with Syd Nathan's King Records (3). In 1956, Stone introduced a subsidiary label Marlin Records.
