House label initially based in Miami, Florida. Founded and run by DJ and producer Louis Benedetti. Manufactured and distributed by NCP in 1999 and 2000 and Strictly Rhythm in 2001. SoulShine is listed as the manufacturer and distributor for its releases between 2002 and 2006 (sometimes via Unique Distributors). Soundmen On Wax was manufactured and distributed by SoulShine in 2002 and 2003. SoulShine releases were manufactured in Europe (pressed by Record Industry) and distributed by Topplers between 2007 and 2009, when it became digital only.
