Convicted To The Avant Garde

"Convicted To The Avant Garde" (Label) is a bootleg label based in Greece, that released a series of sixteen unofficial CDs of underground Heavy Metal acts around 2004-2005. The name and artwork they used was taken from the 1989 Cleveland Metal compilation Convicted To The Avant Garde without the permission of the label Underground Express, the artist Tony Cosgrey, or copyright holder Roger J. Ganley. All the music they have released is also unlicensed and used without the consent or knowledge of any bands included (and none of the bands received any money from sale of CDs).
