Delta Leisure Group Plc engages in the manufacture and distribution of entertainment products. It distributes various catalogues of music compact discs, digital versatile discs, and videos in the United Kingdom, as well as in Europe. The company also provides its products for on-line digital download. It offers its products through client distribution outlets. In November 2006 the company acquired full ownership of Delta Music Ltd. by purchasing the 75% stake the German Delta Music GmbH owned. It was also the parent of two distribution companies: Delta Home Entertainment Limited and Delta Music Merchandising Limited.
