RMIT

Formerly the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, RMIT University is a technology-focused university in Melbourne, Australia. Its venues include Kaleide Theatre (formerly known as RMIT Glasshouse Theatre) and Storey Hall, Melbourne. Its recording studio, R.M.I.T. Studios, is located at its Media Precinct in the Melbourne central business district. Its Bundoora campus was formerly known as Phillip Institute of Technology, which was previously known as Preston Institute of Technology (or probably The Pit (8)), located in Preston. RMIT Media Arts was one of its departments, and later apparently became RMIT School of Arts and RMIT Media and Communication.
