The Tivoli, Brisbane

The Tivoli, Tivoli Theatre, or 'Tiv' is a 700 seat (or more commonly, 1500 standing) live concert and function centre in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Australia. Built in 1917 in art deco style, the modern Tivoli started life as a factory and storefront (Adams' Cakes). It should not be confused with a namesake Tivoli Theatre that operated in Albert St, Brisbane City, near City Hall, from 1915. The Albert St Tivoli was demolished in 1965.
