Inoveris

Inoveris was the name of a CD/DVD manufacturer that was created in December 2003 when MTI Acquisition, LLC (MTI) purchased the assets of Metatec Inc., located in Dublin, OH, USA. In March 2004 Inoveris, LLC acquired the business and assets of Saturn Solutions Corp. in Orem, UT (including a 65-employee plant), followed shortly afterward by the acquisition of Saturn's Canadian parent company Saturn (Solutions) Inc. in Toronto. In late 2006, Inoveris LLC and Zomax, Inc. came under common ownership, after which all operations were continued under the name Zomax (see Zomax Optical).
