The name Membran Music Ltd. is a division of Membran Rights Management Limited operating as a proxy "offshore" licensing and rights management company from a base in Ireland. They also use the name M.A.T. Music Theme Licensing Ltd. All known Membran Music Ltd. operations are related to Membran Entertainment Group GmbH and/or the Documents label.
