Manchester label formed after the collapse of Factory Communications as a vehicle for new artists. Most music was available to download only though some demo CDs did appear. It's most well known act was Twenty Four Hours, initially a solo project of A Certain Ratio bassist Jez Kerr, but also went on to include The Smith's guitarist Johnny Marr and Swing Out Sister's Andy Connell.
