Defunct sublabel of VEB Deutsche Schallplatten Berlin in the German Democratic Republic for contemporary classic, entertainment and experimental releases. LPs only. NOVA is modified from the Latin "novus" = "new". The following codes are documented: "C" stands for "copper cut" (presumably similar to DMM), "U" stands for UC (Universal Compatible) compander usage, and "CU" stands for both combined.
