MTV (2)

Cassette duplication and vinyl pressing plants located in Helsinki, Finland. They were founded in the first half of the 1970's and were owned by the Finnish television network MTV Oy (formerly known as Oy Mainos-TV-Reklam Ab). Denoted by "MTV" in the matrix/runout etchings. In some cases lacquers were cut at MTV and records were pressed by Riihimäen Äänitetuotanto Oy. In 1989 MTV Oy established a subsidiary For Oy to handle the manufacturing of records. These are denoted by etched "FOR" in the matrix/runouts.
