For the Norwegian company of the same name, please see MCA Music Entertainment AS. The Danish branch of the multinational record company MCA Records, established in September 1994. Renamed to Universal Music A/S in December 1996 when Universal Music Group was created from MCA. The Managing Director was Jens-Otto Paludan.
