Tchaikovsky Concert Hall

Russian name: Концертный зал имени П. И. Чайковского. Tchaikovsky Concert Hall is the building and concert hall of the Moscow State Academic Philharmonic , opened in 1940. The hall hosts music festivals, concerts of academic music , poetry evenings and performances. In total, about 300 concerts are held a year, which are annually attended by more than 350 thousand people. The Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra, the Russian State Symphony Orchestra, Moiseyev Dance Ensemble, Государственный Академический Русский Народный Хор Им. М. Е. Пятницкого, Национальный Академический Оркестр Народных Инструментов России Имени Н.П. Осипова and other groups are based in the building.
