Emory Cook's production plant in Connecticut offering a range of services including a recording studio, vinyl mastering and pressing, cassette and record duplication and stamping. Vinyl format releases that were mastered and/or pressed here can sometimes be identified by a 'CX-', "CO-", or "COOK-" matrix number etched in the runout grooves. CX-#####, CO-####, or COOK-### is a unique Cook number that can be entered in the catalog number field adjacent to the Pressed By Cook Laboratories, Inc. role (example).
