The record labels acquired through this acquisition included Raw Fruit Records & Strange Fruit Other subsidiaries included: Gauntlet Entertainment Ltd., Audio Services Ltd., Jadedean Ltd., Dead Dead Good Records Ltd., M56 Publishing Ltd., Lambourne Productions GmbH (which was the immediate parent of: - Rough Trade Records GmbH, Rough Trade BV), Joint owner of Connoisseur Collection Ltd., alongside Exallshow Ltd.
