Somerset Entertainment's branch for the United States of America. The company was acquired by Mood Media Corporation on November 25, 2009 and dissolved on January 1, 2011. The former Somerset assets and businesses were sold to Allegro Corporation in 2013 and the Somerset name was revived as Somerset Group Ltd. in Canada. The American business is now part of Allegro Media Group.
