TSOP

TSOP Records, named for the MFSB song "TSOP (The Sound of Philadelphia)", was the sister label to Philadelphia International Records. It was launched in 1974 as a replacement for the recently-folded Gamble Records. It was originally active from 1974 to 1977 before going on hiatus. It was relaunched in 1980 and stayed active for two years before folding for good.
