Compact Datenträger Albrechts, a German pressing plant located in Suhl, Thuringia, that went into production on May 5, 1993. Currently run by CDA GmbH. CDA GmbH was purchased by Optical Experts Manufacturing (OEM) in 2014, after which OEM was renamed CDA Inc. and its Charlotte, NC pressing plant became CDA ImPressing Solutions, USA. Their products can be identified via the following matrix patterns: CD [ascending product number] █ CD [release catalogue number] Some releases additionally contain the phrase 'Manufactured by CDA Germany'. DVD [u]DVD5 (one layer)[/u] [ascending product number] █ CDA 5DV [release catalogue number] [u]DVD9 (two layers)[/u] [ascending product number] █ CDA 9DV0 [release catalogue number] [ascending product number] █ CDA 9DV1 [release catalogue number] The company assigns each CD or DVD data layer a unique product number which can be entered into the LCCN field using the 'Glass Mastered At' credit. When a 1G** mould code is present, the 'Pressed By' credit may also be used. For releases that contain the wording 'Manufactured by CDA Germany', please use the 'Manufactured By' credit.
