Golden Oldies (7)

German 7" single reissue series released by Electrola Gesellschaft m.b.H. in 1971/72. The first releases denotes the printer Carl v. d. Linnepe. The company name changed in early 1972 to Druckhaus Maack KG. So releases with this printer credit dates not before 1972. Please be aware that there are sometimes multiple rear cover versions with different advertisement. The advertisement needs to match the release date! For this reason the rear cover image should be provided, to clear a version. Also different label versions are known, for example for the Capitol Records releases. Initial versions show the "Target label" while the reissues have the salmon coloured labels. During 1972 EMI merged with Electrola Gesellschaft m.b.H., so we find EMI Electrola credited top left side on the front cover. Later versions denotes EMI Electrola GmbH as the record company.
