Until 1999 EMI Music Italy handled label and manufacturing duties. In 1999 duties were split between two companies. Label activity was handled by EMI Music Italy S.p.A. (through EMI Music Italy), with production and distribution assigned to EMI Operations Italy S.p.A. usually crediting the company in the release matrices using the url www.EMIOperations.it.
