Helladisc S.A.
Настоящее имя: Helladisc S.A.
Helladisc was a Greek record company (now defunct) founded by Victoras Antippas (Βίκκο Αντίππας) in the late 60's and acted as the Greek subsidiary of Siemens and Philips.
On July 1, 1970 Helladisc acquired Greek Phonograph Record House. Helladisc was acquired by Phonogram in 1972 becoming PolyGram Records S.A. (Greece) in 1982, after the merger of Philips and Polydor, and Universal Music Greece in the late '90s.
On April 11, 2011 Cobalt Music (2), owned by Victoras Antippas, purchased the business of Universal Music Greece and formed Cobalt Music - Helladisc S.A. (Greece) when Universal was required to divest assets after its purchase of EMI. Universal retained Minos-EMI in Greece.
Also appears as "Ελλαδίσκ Α.Ε." or just "Helladisc".
Helladisc operated a record manufacturing plant, which can be identified by 410 in the runouts (Lacquer Cut At for pressings between 1970 and 1975). This code was later passed on to G.P.I. S.A.
