The Annandale Hotel

Located in Sydney, Australia. Originally opened in the 1930s as a pub, it became a live music venue in the 1980s, remaining so until 2013. Sold to developers in May 2013, after bankruptcy from a long battle with one local resident's noise complaints, and turned into a gastropub.
