Хитлайнер (Hitliner) appears to be a re-incarnation of ORZ Records, also appears to be related to Megaliner Records. Probably it was a company started as an attempt to follow new anti-piracy restrictions of the Russian laws at the start of the new millenium, and to make the business legal under new laws. License agreement "Лицензионное соглашение №-M3 II/037/2002" usually mentioned on releases. Audio quality on label's releases was still questionable, like it was in the '90s with ORZ Records products. Since releases still contained tracks mastered from MP3 files, and some releases were just re-issues of "ORZ Records" products with slightly modified artwork. They however now featured songwriting and (c) credits for included songs, which means that label owners probably tried to license tracks on successful old releases, so that they could now sell these releases legally. Хитлайнер's releases have a collectable value, mostly because of unique artwork. At for the audio quality - on some releases it is low (where all or nearly all tracks mastered from MP3 files), on others it's more acceptable (most tracks in CDDA quality).
